Arrival and Departure

• Check-In: You’re welcome to arrive between 4:00 and 6:00 pm.

• Arrival and departure days: You can arrive and depart any day from Monday to Sunday — except on Thursdays. That’s the day we set aside to spend time with our family.​

Registration & Check-in

Please remember to bring the ID cards or passports of all guests, including children. As required by Italian law, we are obliged to register every guest with the local authorities.

We will welcome you personally here at the Eggerhof — and we’re already looking forward to your visit.

Minimum Stay

The minimum stay is 3 nights.

​

Children & Additional Guests

Children under the age of 2 stay with us free of charge.

Baby and toddler equipment is available on request for a small fee.

For each additional guest, we charge €20 per night.

​

South Tyrol Guest Pass

You will receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass from us upon arrival. It allows you to use all public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge for the entire duration of your stay. There is a bus stop conveniently located right by the Eggerhof (stop: “Egger”).

​

Local Tourist Tax

In addition to the apartment price, a local tourist tax is charged for all guests aged 14 and over. This tax is to be paid on site at the end of your stay.

​Deposit

We are happy to accept reservations in writing via email. Your booking becomes binding once we receive a deposit of €200 within 7 days of your reservation. This deposit serves as confirmation of your booking and will be retained by the host (Eggerhof) in the event of a cancellation or no-show. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason or timing of the cancellation.​

Cancellations

We kindly ask for your understanding that in the event of a cancellation, the deposit of €200 will be retained. In case of late arrival or early departure, 70% of the booked price will be charged. The deposit also serves as confirmation of your booking.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

If something unexpected comes up, a travel cancellation insurance can protect you from unnecessary costs. You can easily calculate your premium online.

​

Fresh Bread Service

On request, we are happy to prepare a breakfast basket for you. You can choose what you would like inside (for an additional charge).

Breakfast basket in your apartment or in our guest lounge

On request, we can put together a breakfast basket for you. You choose what you want in it (additional charge – €20.00 per person).

​

Breakfast products: milk from our cows, coffee or tea, regional butter, fruit spreads from South Tyrol, regional yoghurt, cream cheese from South Tyrol, eggs from the neighbouring farm, sausage/cheese, syrup, cake or pastries, bread from the Psenner bakery. 

​

Holidays with Dogs

Dogs are welcome in all apartments by prior arrangement. We charge €30 per day (without food) for your four-legged friend. Please bring your own dog bed or blanket from home. Out of consideration for all our guests, dogs are not allowed in the dining areas.

Shopping

In Verano/Vöran you will find a small village shop with fresh bread, vegetables, and everything you might need for daily life. There is a butcher in Meltina/Mölten, and for larger grocery shopping you will find well-stocked supermarkets in Merano/Meran or Lana.

Arrival from Bolzano Airport

You can fly comfortably to Bolzano/Bozen and then take a shuttle directly to Verano/Vöran. The price is €25 per person and journey.
